I had originally thought that capitalizing the span kind helped highlight which type of instrumentation it was, but I don't see this capitalized convention being done in the documentation or spec. So I lowercased all the uppercased SpanKinds, and added descriptors where applicable (HTTP client/ RPC server etc)
